Welcome to my blog. These blogs posts are an archive of letters or notes I’ve written over the past years to my community of friends and clients. Whether I sent a love letter to my network -- because (1) the world needs more love and wisdom shared openly, or (2) a distant friend or contact was in need, and email correspondence was all we had, I’m ready to share these words of healing and truth with the world.
Each letter or note has been converted into a blog post. Posts consist of insightful gems related to personal or spiritual development, earth wisdom, and may include poetry, meditations, or ideas for practices and rituals.
The posts here help me articulate concepts that have enabled me to grow into deeper relationship to myself, others, and tangible and intangible things in this world. I believe my learnings are your learnings, and vice versa. I welcome your thoughts, criticisms, reflections, and questions via the comment section below.
